A food and beverage-serving establishment which was previously permitted to present live music can continue to do so and is not considered a live music venue under the Mandatory Order.

Businesses must meet or exceed the conditions identified in their COVID-19 Operational Plan which includes physical distancing, cleaning and disinfecting, hand and respiratory hygiene, and pre-screening for symptoms. Businesses must ensure they can safely manage operations. While the operational plan doesn’t need to be approved by WorkSafeNB or Public Health, it needs to be available at any time as it could be requested by either regulatory body.
